Booking Procedures
Step 1 :
Making a reservation for an accommodation or
package
Choose
your preferred hotels, resorts, villas, or travel / holiday packages from the
provided selection by Lombok Tourism com. Complete the reservation form and send it
back to us. Kindly
send us an email if you would like to make any changes to an
existing
itinerary or create a custom-made itineraries to suit your
needs.
Step 2 : Reply to your request
You
will be informed about the availability of the requested
hotel/resort/villa within 24-48 hours. In case your
requested accommodation (s) is not available, our
professional team will suggest you an alternative for your
consideration.
Step 3 : Confirmation
We
will send you the booking confirmation number of your
requested hotel which will include passengers' details,
dates, rates, and any included services. You may be
required to pay a deposit or to pay in full, depending on
payment deadlines with the accommodations.
Step 4 : Payment
For
holiday packages and hotel bookings you may pay directly to
our accounting department by bank transfer or you may pay by
money transfer via money gram or western
union, or send us your credit card
details by filling out our Authorization Payment Form
(your credit card number is to secure your booking). Please
keep in mind we will not charge your credit card before you
receive our services. If you fail to complete the payment within 48 hours after
you have received the confirmation email, your booking will
automatically be cancelled without any other notice.
Step 5 : Hotel Voucher
One we
have received the payment information, we will then send you
a "Hotel Voucher" & "Invoice" issued by
Sembilan Pulau Tour Company, which you can later show to the
hotels/resorts or for your accounting purpose.
